We hope you will love your new purchase as much as we do, but if you change your mind you have 14 days to return your goods. Should the product have been sent to you by mistake or should you receive a product you did not order, we will pay the shipping charge.
If items are classified as faulty, were received damaged or have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 12 month time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately by sending an email to hey@rubysh-jewelry.com
If the damage is our responsibility, you then are entitled to exchange the product for a similar one or if that product is no longer available receive a refund for the cost of your purchase. All claims will be processed within 30 days of receiving the faulty product. The customer will pay all shipping charges related to the return. If the product is faulty we will refund your return shipping cost provided you send with tracking number and enclose a copy of the shipping cost receipt in your return shipment. A copy of the original receipt/order confirmation has to be enclosed. Your refund will be credited via the original purchase method. You may return the goods by any secure transport using tracking service.
Your refund will be arranged according to mutual agreement.
